The Business Assessment form is a good tool to convey your new or existing business information to your SBDC counselor. It can be filled out on-line then saved to your computer as a Word Document. You can then e-mail it as an attachment to info@lovelandsbdc.org. Or simply print out the form, hand-write the information and bring it with you to your your initial appointment.
